What Other Loan Officers Are Saying About Us

Branch Manager at Primary Residential Mortgage, DE

Anytime I implement something new, I ask myself two questions. First question is, "Can I do it every time for every client?" The client can be the borrower or the realtor or whoever. Then if the answer's yes, then the second question is, "Can somebody other than me do it?" If the answer's no, then I don't do it. If the answer's yes then great I can do it. The virtuals allow me to leverage doing it every time.

That's what I'm looking for. How can I leverage my time and myself? The virtuals meet both of those requirements. Every day they're sending an email of what happened, where we're at and then they'll send a weekly summary. I can go and see what was done, spreadsheets, all that kind of stuff, which is huge. Accountability is huge.

I don't want to deal with an internet lead that has raised his hand and says "I want to talk about a mortgage." They were doing that whole process. Setting realtor appointments, which is great. Getting an appointment on my calendar, I just have to call an agent that's already been incubated and it's huge. I'm not cold calling. They're expecting my call to set an appointment. That's huge leverage…

Branch Manager at MLB Residential Mortgage, NJ

I am Matthew Victoria from New Jersey. I'm with a smaller lending company here called MLB Residential.

They allow me to do things that I never did like hitting 4500 friends on Facebook. It's funny because I just had an agent who reached out to me and said, "Hey, I see you on Facebook. Let's talk." And I didn't have time to friend realtors and start conversations with them and set up coffee appointments and things like that so that was one of the things that came in, in addition to posting listings in Facebook group. So now the virtuals do that for me so I don't have to.

I closed 15 loans in my first quarter this year so that's five a month and right now in the pipeline there's about 16 loans that should be closing probably in the next 30 days.

My goal for this year is 75. So I did 45 last year so 40 to 50 is where I was. So now I'm looking to, in essence, kind of doubling that getting to 75. So anytime we need them to do something, all we got to do is just say it right in the chat, "Hey Harpreet, can you do this?" "Okay, cool no problem." Pretty accommodating.

You wanna scale your business then you need to use virtuals because they give you a level of ... They add different things that you don't have to do anymore…

I feel like the things that ... I can do to generate income and deals and relationship strengthening.

If at any point I'm like, "Man I don't even know what they're really even doing." It's right there. They've really helped maximize the tasks stuff.

I think that it's helped provide value to the realtor. They want the lead and they want those extra deals themselves and if I can help provide more business to them then that helps our relationship. I can't do it all obviously so having the virtuals being in their sharing their listings, chasing around their listings, pointing out leads if somebody comments at the bottom of it, of a post. So, they're helping me stay on.

I've asked them to tweak or change or more of or less of, I mean like immediately they've jumped on it. They’re consistent and it's every day.

I've got zero worry about security because they don't have access to a single program on it…
